lets you take control of one of the 60 professional teams available
in the game and participate in the most important international races.
As a manager, you must get the best from your team to reach the highest
march of the podiums. To this end, many opportunities are offered to
you before, during and after the races: manage your roster, negotiate
all contracts, set up training regimen, choose your riders' equipment,
register to the races of your choice, set up racing strategies and, of
course, manage in real time the group and individual strategies of your
riders during the races.
The 180 3D
stages playable in real time in solo and multiplayer (up to 20 gamers)
will let you experience the intensity of the biggest cycling races. The
detailed and realistic management simulation will test your potential
as a top Team Manager.

over 30,000 kilometers and an additional hundred of stages that can be
simmed (but not played in real-time).

from season to season. New stars in the making can be discovered while
some old glories will retire.

detailed
financial model : the team managers must negotiate contracts with
cyclists and sponsors. Race bonuses can be obtained through good
results.

medical staff must be managed to keep your riders in top condition.

Training to be
supervised during and after the season. Riders can now choose different
equipments (bikes, wheels, helmets,…).

riders now
have hidden personality trait: loyalty, weather preferences,
professionalism, aggressiveness…
An
advanced system of assistants to whom you can delegate some or all
of the section that you don't want to manage yourselves (finances,
training, equipment,...). This lets you focus on any specific parts of
the game you prefer. It becomes possible to play only the strategic
part during the races or only the management part.
